Ginger: Ginger is one of the best foods for indigestion. It has been used throughout history as a treatment for gastrointestinal conditions and an anti-inflammatory. Ginger root can easily be diced, sliced, peeled or stripped using a grater. You can add it to health drinks or use it while cooking.
