They are safer than chemical colours. Henna, Turmeric, tomatoes, kumkum,beetroot, palak, red Hibiscus flowers, tea leaves, marigold flowers can be used with gram flour as the base materials. There are organic natural tones available in the market too.Try using home -made or herbal colours only as it's difficult to differentiate natural and dye colours or purchase from a reputable vendor.

Apply coconut or olive or vitamin E oil on the whole body. Applying oil behind the ear, nails and between finger tips are very important.
